There was a question that bugged me a long time,I posted it here and my problem was solved in under 2 mins
I didnt use my free question due to having lab results questions. It was great that I could upload my actual lab report (have to pay to upload). It took awhile for a Dr to respond each question, but when they did I got a good thorough explanation. I think this app could be better if you could pick your Dr or allow more than one Dr to respond. I did try another app similar to this one but was not satisfied. The other app you get more questions for free, Dr is quick to respond, but wasnt very thorough. You also could upload anything or take pics of anything. I would use this app again for non emergency and for something that doesnt need quick advice.
Regardless of time or day of the week, medical advice is available!
I like that this app saves the time of going to the doctor. Especially if you have embarrassing questions and the fact that its anonymous makes it even more easy to use. Although it would be more convenient if people didnt pay have to write longer questions. The app would definitely be a 5 if they have you more than 160 characters.
Love it, hate that its not free though. I always make new accounts so that Im able to ask a question for free.
Some bad moments
Sent out a question (which is extremely limited) and when a doctor responded asking if I could elaborate, it was going to cost me $26!! Absolute rip-off, and I am definitely uninstalling this app ?
App keeps crashing!! I dont even have the chance to send my request.
This app does not work at all. I want to give it NO STARS but that was not an option

I just paid for the Doctor and its been almost 30 minutes and still no answer. I will respond after I get the final time. Great idea bad service!
