Worst app I have ever used

Im a 3rd year medical student and can answer my questions better and faster than anyone from this app. My question went unanswered for 4 days and when I contacted costumer support about it they were not helpful, failed to tell me it was an international call that cost me $11, and I began receiving texts from the number called.
