Not Impressive for the cost

I think the title says it all. I paid $18 to ask 1 question with 2 follow ups. The original question was answered quickly, but included medical terms not easily understandable. It was a good answer though and helpful. My follow up question took 15 hours to get a response. So much for 24/7 service as advertised. I also agree that a limit of 160 characters for a question is ridiculously limited. Sorry wont use again. Dont waste your money.
