Omg ! Its really grt apps

Dont bother getting this, you get 1 free question then you pay 18-35 dollars (depends on the Doctor) I never even got an answer!

This app is so easy to use and it gets u medical help fast

Disappointed. I asked a question and never got a response.

Good tool to help with todays healthcare issues and great for hypochondriacs. today, the U.S. is stuck with lame, indifferent and fearful healthcare professionals who all give the same answer "see a Dr if youre concerned" Why would we be asking if not concerned? This sites Drs give you an inexpensive alternative which consists of a consult that includes compassion, details and reason.

Horrible app. It took a whole day to get a response, and the response still didnt answer my question. The response was unprofessional and there was clearly a language barrier. Theres better apps out there for this.

Very fast answers and get good answers from all different types of doctors.

Just a way for them to get you to pay for a diagnosis or help. I just wanted to know if the problem my husband was having after surgery warranted an ER visit. Instead, I just got solicited to pay money for a consult. We wouldnt even have to pay for the ER visit, just wanted to save time and worrying. Thanks a pantload.

Very disappointed and displeased with this service! First they lead you on with no mention of cost. Then after youve invested time and energy into your profile and question, and after youve given up your contact info, your hit with charges. They should be up front about its cost and not lead you into a trap! Then the process was NOT a simple 3step as described. Then you have to download an app which has nothing to do with getting your answers and nothing tells you where to get them. I had to scour the net the first time just to get in contact with someone. Then I wasnt given a password and subsequent emails would "bounce back" ? Then after SEVERAL HOURS and finally getting to my account, the diagnosis was blunt, short, without thought and inaccurate! Follow up questions not answered! They claim you get two follow up questions but they just may or may not answer. It could be a problem with a specific Doctor but they dont give you options to seek advice from someone else. Very poor site and functionality. A refund is in order.... As difficult as it was to sign in, Im sure its ten times harder to get my $18 refund...spare yourself the time and energy DONT waste your time here! Just google search you medical questions and get your free answers there.

This app is the most useful/helpful app ever and the doctors are very good

Took 3 hours to respond. And his response didnt even make any sense! Wasnt even related at all to my question. Plus the number of characters it gives you in the question box isnt enough to be detailed. What a scam.

I really like this because it can helps you so many things for your situation

First they limit the number of characters you use, so you cannot explain or ask a proper questions. The answer takes forever to come, I been waiting for over 30 mins and I still didnt get a response from a doctor. I only gave a star bc no stars wasnt allowed.

Terrible service and completely useless. Took two hours for a response, cost too much, and the medical advice was ridiculous. Good idea, executed poorly.

Although he did write back fast it was about 7 hours after I asked my question. He told me to "go see a doctor." He gave no advice.

App wants all of your info first... Then $!!!!!!!! Tricky!

A complete waste of time typing up my question. My Drs answer? "Go get an exam"..... Duh.....

Still waiting after one hour! What the hell?
